On your arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you will be met by your local guide and driver who will transfer you to your hotel downtown.

After a brief transfer from your hotel, the tour starts with a pleasant stroll to Truc Bach Lake for your first tasting – Pho Cuon with lots of opportunities to take photos. Next stop is Chau Long Market for a tour of the market highlighting the ‘wet’ / unusual fruits / livestock / frogs. Sample of market foods of your choice i.e tree tomatoes or green mango with chili, silkworms, pork with green rice. Continue with a short taxi ride to to a Shrimp restaurant to sample West Lake’s most famous dish. Continue with another taxi transfer to one of the best Bun Cha stalls in Ha Noi where you will enjoy Bun Cha – grilled pork patties and pork belly with sticky rice noodles. On our way back, you will stop at a traditional Ha Noi café, established in 1936 to enjoy specialties of the café, black sticky rice or green rice with yoghurt, coffee with yoghurt or great passion fruit with yoghurt. Return to your hotel and free afteroon at leisure.

This city tour of Hanoi takes in essential sites which will commence from your hotel lobby at 08.30 am. In the morning, you’ll visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex including the Mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh Museum; The Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first university dating back to 1070.

After lunch at a local Vietnamese restaurant, you’ll continue visiting the Museum of Ethnology, widely acknowledged as the best in the country, containing an extensive display of life-size structures dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 ethnic minority peoples; a cyclo ride for 1 hour touring through the narrow, chaotic streets of the Old Quarter – a must for any visitor to Hanoi! The day finishes with a traditional performance of the famous Vietnamese water puppets.

At 08.00, you will be picked up at your hotel and start the scenic 3.5 hour drive to Halong Bay, one of the most spectacular UNESCO World Heritage Areas and the world’s largest marine limestone ‘karst’ landscape. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta countryside and have a short break en-route. Meet the crew upon boarding the traditional wooden junk with cruise briefing, then relax and enjoy lunch while the boat heads towards the secluded islands. Visit a less visited ancient limestone caves and go sea kayaking and swimming if the weather permits. Return to the junk refreshed and relax on deck with a drink to watch the sunset. Enjoy a freshly prepared seafood dinner under the stars.

Enjoy an early morning swim (if weather permits) followed by breakfast. Today you will spend full day city tour of Imperial City of Hue, firstly with the ancient walled Citadel including the former Imperial Palace. You will then be taken to an ancient pagoda to have a glimpse of Vietnamese Buddhism, monks’ life experiences, enjoy a cup of tea and interact with monks, followed by a vegetarian lunch from natural ingredients (your guide will join you for lunch today to help translate).

In the afternoon, enjoy a ‘dragon boat’ (motorized traditional Vietnamese boat) ride down the Perfume River to the towering and delightful Thien Mu Pagoda, considered to be the finest pagoda in Hue and an icon throughout Vietnam. Later, visit the majestic Royal Tomb of King Ming Mang and thence visit the tomb of the controversial emperor Khai Dinh – an elaborate concrete construction which reflects an interesting combination of Vietnamese and European features from the time of Vietnam’s last emperors

You will be picked up by our guide for a visit to the Dong Ba market to learn about local produce and specialties of Hue. You might get some great deals done at the local Dong Ba Market. You will then drive to the picturesque riverside town of Hoi An. The view of the coast line and Danang from the top of the Hai Van Pass (Pass of the Clouds) makes your journey interesting and have your camera ready for some great photo opportunities. Upon arrival in Danang, you’ll visit the famous Marble Mountain which stands for the five essential elements that establish nature.

Afternoon embark on a walking tour of Hoi An, begins with Hoi An History Museum where you will get an overview of the historical process as well as rich culture of the ancient town. Your next stop is Phuc Kien Assembly Hall. The Phuc Kien (Fukien) Assembly Hall at 46 Tran Phu Street is dedicated to Thien Hau, goddess of the sea. There is a site that you cannot miss in Hoi An is Japanese Covered Bridge. The covered bridge, also known as the Pagoda Bridge (Chua Cau), was built by Japanese craftsmen who were part of a larger community of Japanese merchants active in Hoi An. Visit to Tan Ky Ancient house. The house is not the oldest in Hoi An yet but its architecture is among one the most typical. Later, your will be transferred to your hotel.

This day trip provides you with a close-up and intimate exposure to both the local farming and fishing communities. Accompanied by your local tour guide, you commence the day with a gentle cycling along country roads witnessing local Vietnamese rural life first hand, discovering all manner of photo opportunities – coming and visiting a beautiful organic vegetable village, watering and planting vegetable, hoeing a soil with local farmer, riding a water buffalo in a rice paddy field; seeing ducks swimming along the rice farm or farmers tending their crops. The photo opportunities are endless.

You will also experience the friendliness of the local people greeting you en-route. Later you will board a boat for a river cruise to meet and engage with local fishermen and enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing. You will also experience paddling the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat while the waterways of coconut palm paradise. This morning, you will enjoy Zipline tour. Nothing brings people together like stunning nature, exciting thrills and endless laughter. You will be transferred to Flight of the Gibbon located in the Angkor Park, where you will explore pristine rainforest from high up in the treetops. The lush, untouched rainforest holds a wider variety of plant and wildlife found only in few locations around South East Asia. Prepare yourself for a once in a lifetime experience soaring thru the canopies that hold some of Asia’s most abundant plant and wildlife species once viewed by only a few privileged scientists.

 

In the afternoon, you will devote your time to visit Angkor Thom, starting with the Bayon with its characteristic giant stone faces gazing across the landscape, and is a remarkable architectural record of the arrival of Buddism to the area, with its Hindu foundations supporting a Buddist superstructure. Your next visit will be to the Elephant and Leper King Terraces followed by the Baphoun Temple, which is now nearing the end of an eight-year multi-million dollar restoration programme.

You’ll also see Ta Prohm, strangled by massive tree roots and typical of the condition of the whole complex when it was discovered in 1860 by French naturalist Henri Mouhot.

Afternoon, you will be driven to the Happy Ranch, which is outside of Siem Reap. Here you will get acquainted with your horse of pure Cambodian breed and started enjoying the countryside on horseback. You will have opportunities to enjoy 1-hour village ride to admire the countryside by horseback and meet plenty of locals along the way as you ride through traditional Cambodian Villages.

Wear long pants and solid shoes and be ready for Quad Bike Discovery. You will spend 2 hours nd 15 minutes for a 45 kilometer trip through the countryside surrounding Siem Reap which is a perfect way to discover the area and what it’s like ride an all-terrain vehicle.

In the afternoon, you’ll explore the most famous temple, Angkor Wat, the largest, and for many, the most impressive temple in this vast complex. Later in the afternoon, you will ride elephants to the top of Phnom Bakheng Hill for a great sunset view if weather permits.
