Once the official payment has been made, changes in tour details should be requested via email (email@example.com or email of the staff processing your booking), and is subject to a surcharge of hotels and restaurants (depending on each case). Possibility of reservation amendments is also subject to service availability of our suppliers (hotels, restaurants and other)
We always ensure that the hotel you asked for is indeed available for you. Yet, in case something you wanted is not available, we will inform you within 24 hours of order placement. Further, to reduce the inconvenience, we will suggest alternatives to you.
In case your tours (services) cancel due to poor weather or unavailable services. It’ll be…
• Full refund applied if the tour is canceled before departure.
• Partly refund for un-used service(s) if the tour is canceled after departure.
• Cost will be calculated and informed right at the time of cancellation notice.
